Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are
Conductour is operated by Siavash Inc. dba Conductour ("Conductour", "we", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Conductour website, web app, mobile app and API (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're authorized to do so.
2. Accounts and organizations
You need an account to use most of the Service. Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. Organizations on Conductour have admins, who manage tours, people and settings, and crew members, who view what they're given access to. The organization's billing owner is responsible for its subscription. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite into your organization.
3. Plans, trials and payment
Plans, prices and what each includes are shown on our pricing page and in Settings → Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Some plans include a free trial; when it ends, the organization moves to the plan it chose, or to the Free plan. Fees for additional admins and other add-ons are charged as described on the pricing page. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with notice before your next billing period.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you and your organization put into the Service — tours, itineraries, contacts, documents and other data ("Your Content"). You give us permission to host, store, process and display Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service for you. You're responsible for having the rights to Your Content and for the personal information of others you add, such as crew and contacts. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, upload malware, or harm or overload the Service. Don't try to access other organizations' data, get around security or usage limits, or copy or resell the Service. We may suspend access that puts the Service, other customers or the public at risk.
6. Third-party services and AI features
The Service can work with third-party services, such as maps, weather, flight data, payment processing and AI models. Their use is subject to their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them. Information from third parties and content produced with AI features can be incomplete or wrong; check important details, such as travel times, flight status and schedules, before relying on them.
7. Our service
The Service, including its software, design and brand, belongs to Siavash Inc. dba Conductour and is protected by intellectual property laws. We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change or improve features over time. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
8. Cancellation and termination
The billing owner can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or don't pay. After an account or organization closes, you can ask us for an export of Your Content within a reasonable time, after which we may delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Conductour is a planning tool: you remain responsible for your tours, travel, bookings, contracts and the safety of your people.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Siavash Inc. dba Conductour won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Siavash Inc. dba Conductour against claims arising from Your Content or your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or the law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we'll let you know by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
13. General
These Terms are the whole agreement between you and Siavash Inc. dba Conductour about the Service. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right isn't a waiver of it. You can't transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.
