1. What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you create an account (name, email, phone) and the content you create in the product — tours, itineraries, contacts, documents, and related scheduling data. We also collect standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) to keep the service secure and reliable.
2. How we use it
Your data is used to provide and improve Conductour: rendering your itineraries, sending invitations and notifications you request, and diagnosing problems. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contents of your tours for advertising.
3. Who can see your data
Your organization's data is visible only to members of that organization, according to the roles you assign. Our staff access customer data only when required to support you or to keep the service running, and that access is logged.
4. Third parties
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, payments) to operate the service. They process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and only as needed to provide their service to us.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Accounts are protected by hashed passwords, and organization data is isolated per tenant. If we ever learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly.
6. Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete tours, people, and documents at any time; deleting your organization removes its data from production systems, with backups expiring on a rolling schedule.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Email [email protected] and we'll handle it.
8. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email or in the product before they take effect.
